Fusion Products International's website utilizes PayPal as the method of payment for all transactions.  Therefore, Fusion Products International does not see nor store any of your credit card or payment information.  PayPal utilizes a SSL encryption of 128 bits for your maximum security.  Please see the PayPal site for further information on their security at www.PayPal.com. Shipping Charges

Calculated shipping charges are for within the continental United States.  Please email us for shipping charges outside of the United States.

 

Wholesale Purchases

Please contact us for wholesale pricing and purchases.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Upon receipt of package, if there is any obvious damage noted, please make a note and contact your local USPS office or UPS office (depending upon how item was shipped) to schedule an inspection of the damage.  If package is lost in shipping, Fusion Products International will provide any necessary information to help in the recovery and/or replacement of the merchandise.

 

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or credit.  No cash refunds will be given.  Fusion Products International requires that the merchandise be returned before it can be replaced.  Fusion Products International does not give refunds or credit on shipping costs.  In the event of an order error due to the fault of Fusion Products International, the order will be reshipped with the correct item(s) after receipt of the incorrect item(s).  In this case the shipping costs incurred by the customer to return the merchandise will be credited to the customer.
